Terms of Service

1. The service

CloudX provides property management software as a service at cloudxusa.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

2. Accounts & responsibilities

You are responsible for your credentials, for the accuracy of data you store, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law — including landlord-tenant, fair-housing, and privacy law in your jurisdictions. CloudX is a tool; it does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

3. Subscriptions & trials

Paid plans bill monthly or annually until canceled. Trials convert only when you choose a plan. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; we don't charge cancellation fees.

4. Your data

You own your customer content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export it at any time and request deletion when you leave.

5. AI features

AI outputs are drafts and analyses generated from your data; review them before acting. Actions proposed by AI execute only after human approval within your workspace.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no attempts to access other organizations' data, no abuse of the infrastructure or AI endpoints, no reselling without an agreement.

7. Availability & liability

We work to keep CloudX available and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms with notice; continued use is acceptance. We may suspend accounts for material breach. You may leave at any time and take your data with you.
